Unprofessional "women" who don't know how to work with European hair. Their certificate is fake. For unknown reasons decided to put relaxer in my hair. CLUMPS- 3/4 of my hair fell out. They never apologised instead told me I looked "funny" and still tried to make me pay for it with a lame excuse of "I still deranged your hair" . Then further degraded me by screaming at me and telling me I'm "lying" that my hair was thick before they made me bald. DO NOT BOTHER!!!
