I went here as Modern Touch was busy & wish I’d never bothered. I was told to wait for twenty minutes, which for a Saturday, was great. The nail tech then let someone cut in front of me so I waited almost an hour & a half.
I showed him a picture of what I wanted & asked him to be gentle with my hands as I have arthritis. He yanked my fingers every way possible, filed & drilled them so hard my nails burned & my cuticles bled. He cut the tips far too short but promised to ‘fix that...’ I don’t know how.
I politely pointed out he’d missed filling the sides on three nails & he angrily huffed, ‘I KNOW’ then did nothing to fix it so you can see my real nails as if the tips were far too small. Awful paint job, rude as hell & now my fingertips are in agony. He didn’t even fill up to the cuticles so my fresh nails look like I’ve been wearing them for over a week, they look nothing like what I wanted, they’re short, stumpy & blunt.
They’re over filed, over drilled, bleeding & I’m in so much pain I can’t pick anything up.
I’d never go back & I’m warning everyone else to avoid the place too.
