I'm so angry by the way i was treated at the hair salon today in newcastle at Sara hair and beauty. customer service was so poor. The lady was so rude. I was asked to put down a deposit to make appointment. later that day i went to the shop to cancelled my appointment. when i asked for my deposit back as i had cancelled, she said it was not nonrefundable ,then assume i knew the policy. she never apologise for her mistake plus i didn't get my money.if i knew the policy i would never had put a deposit. I am upset because i feel like i was scammed because i never had my hair done and i paid her money for nothing.
