Disgusting would never go back!!
I have never had such poor service.
The old woman, who obviously thinks she is above others and that her customers are puuting her out!
Rude, bad attitude, making very negative remarks about how Wednesbury people are scum and that her customers come from a far, that if they look like they are working class she refuses to touch their hair!!!! unreal.
She then decided to charge what she liked, three times the amount advertised, stating that its more for longer hair?!!! My hair isnt three times longer than an average cut ... I only had an inch off and it cost me £60 !!!!

I agree very rude in there. I went last year and lady acted like she was doing me a favour not that I was a paying customer!!

Completely agree. I have just phoned up for a cut and blow dry and have been told the same. I have never ever been asked to come in and show a salon my hair before making an appointment. She also tried to put the phone down on me after saying ok. Very rude, unprofessional and certainly does not inspire confidence in her abilities.

Rude and not a very nice attitude towards her customers!!!
I called to enquire how much a full set of highlights would be for a friend who desperately needed her hair colouring before she went on holiday, I was totally amazed by her attitude. She said "All depends on the length, you'd need to come in and let me have a look! OK and put the phone down!
I would NEVER use this salon, customer service is key.
I wouldn't mind if she was fully booked and rushed off her feet but whenever I walk past the salon its always empty... Now I know why!!!!!!!!!!!!!
