I have used this barbers since it opened, I remember walking in on its first day before it was officially" open, and have done so ever since, although the staff change around a lot, the standard of hair cut is usually high, and the beard trim and shave always excellent
I also like the fixed price OAP haircut and beard trim, which appears to be valid any week day, but I rarely go on a Saturday

After being treated extremely rudely by 2 of the barbers while getting a haircut, I complained to the manager who basically expressed that they have enough business, therefore did not care if they lost any business.
I now understand where the lower down members of staff get their attitude from, if the manager cannot give a damn about his clients, why oh why would the staff there.
