I had my hair permed and cut by Charlotte, she listened to what I said and gave me what I asked, I've had a lot of bad experiences with hair salons but Charlotte has shown me that not all hair dressers are that bad! I will most certainly be coming back to see Charlotte, I left the salon feeling like a different woman I couldn't stop smiling all week!
