Absolute joke. Went in today for a beard trim and got an older bald gentleman, told him I was looking to keep the length as much as possible (my beard was around 2 and a half inches all over) to which he said no problem. Obviously my head was tilted back while he was working and when I looked down he had taken it right back to half an inch at most. Even then he didn't manage to get it even or tidy at all. When I said to him I was unhappy about the length he actually tried to argue about how long it was to begin with. Plan on going back in tomorrow to get a full refund and to see what he has to say about it. Staff were very unhelpful and didn't look happy to be there at all. Will be advising everyone I know to stay away.
