I was in Oxford on busienss and happened upon this hair salon. i explained that i need a stylist who can blow dry fine hair and was given a "senior stylist!. She was very pleasant but I wasn't impressed by her skills and the finsih was below average for a "junior" let alone a "senior". I asked for lots of harispray as I could feel the style dropping but the product used was too light to hold the style and by the next day it was flat as a pancake.
I paid £37 for this blowdry and was very disappointed. The salon clearly does not cater to blowdrys if your hair is not poker straight.

I felt like the staff looked at me as though I am weird for having long waist length hair instead of an angular pixie cut and three different colours in my hair. I have always enjoyed the natural look on my hair so I found my self feeling growingly uncomfortable with the disapproving looks I received from the staff. For getting my hair coloured and cut I spent over a 100 pounds but it was probably the least special hair do I have ever received, and he cut way shorter than I asked him to (above my shoulders although I asked for a trim). The stylists basically insulted me for wanting a V shape rather than the shape he wanted to give and refused to blow dry my hair telling me I have too much hair for that. For the price I paid I should have received an amazing customer service, but faced with bitter judgemental people. I really do not recommend going in here if you like a natural look and don't want to be judged for it. If you are into asymmetrical hair cuts that have 4 different colours in it, this is the place for you!
