Completely unable to listen to and follow requests. We returned to give them a second chance after a poor experience but this time was worse. WRITTEN instruction was not even followed - 'scissor cut please do not use razer' for a young boy - they shaved his head. 'Please only cut a maximum of 2cm from the fringe - they cut it from very long (covering the face) to half way between the top of the forehead and the eyebrows - in other words VERY short. If you want all you hair neatly shaved off I am sure they are fine, anything else requires more skill than these guys are capable of.
