I almost did not go for this appointment as the reviews were so horrible, but thought give it a go. I arrived on time to have eyelashes done. There was a lady who was still doing someone else's hair. I thought no rush can't let the girl have half a head done. However, my appointment was therefore delayed by nearly an hour, luckily I was not in a massive rush.
The lady who did my eyelashes apologised for the delay and worked long, & carefully on my lashes, giving extra time as I had waited patiently for her. Turned on some relaxing music & I slept my way through the application of the lashes. The results were also lovely & although I felt they could have been a bit longer In length, my friends have told me that any longer & they would not have looked right. So I am glad I took the advise given.
Some of the reviews on this establishment are a little unfair, but I would agree that if you are asking people to pay for a service then there needs to be a little more care taken with booking times etc... I found the place pleasant and the staff there equally so. I would visit again

Bought a wowcher. Contacted them to book it. After vague emails and slow replies I was told that all of their slots were full and that I needed to contact wowcher for a refund. Lazy, unfriendly staff, who can't be very good at their job. Hope their business crashes and burns.
