Stay well away from this place. Went yesterday, a scrawny guy, wash my hair refusing a second wash. The cut was not as I instructed him to do, further more, he used the hair dryer to dry my hair completely before using a brush to shape it. I kept asking him NOT to pull my hair when blow drying, he ignored.
This place might suit for Chinese from the mainland. However definitely not for us London Chinese. Made a big mistake because I meet a lady from Shanghai at a party, & she said the salon is fantastic. Shouldn't have listen to her.
Cheap price can never be 'cheerful'!!! I learned a lesson yesterday.

Stay away from this salon at all cost!! You don't want your hair to be done by any of their staff, incompetent, rude and dishonest. Went there a month ago because my hair was very dry, i had it rebonded, and have been doing it for 5 yrs, but not in that salon. So for £100 plus haircut i thought it was cheap. And i know from experience that rebonding takes about 4-5 hours, i got thick hair and it's a two step treatment. After the first treatment he said it was finished, then i told him that he needs to repeat step one because that is the proper way to do it. He said because they are using new technology, so no need to repeat it. But recommended another treatment that cost me another £20 so that he'll do the second treatment. He only did it for 10 minutes. After a week, my hair has become dry again, started to get wavy. I am not coming back and i would never ever recommend this salon to anyone. If you want to get ripped off then go ahead. They should be reported and put them out of business!
