Overall a nice salon. I went in to get my nails done with acrylic nails for Christmas. The job they did was ok although I think the acrylic looked a bit messy. This was my first time though so it may be the norm. There were a few things that annoyed me about the experience. Firstly the two nail technicians did nothing but moan and complain about either how tired they were or spent time complaining about the owner of the salon. I didn't pay £36 to hear two woman moan for an hour. You should be friendly and happy, even if you don't feel it. Heard of customer service?? Secondly when the woman was filing the surface of my nails she made one of my cuticles bleed! Then pointed it out to me as if it was my fault! She didn't even apologise! Very unimpressed. Thirdly, when it came to paying, they discussed amongst themselves how much to charge, they weren't completely sure. This I think is completely ridiculous. In summary I wouldn't go here again, I'll try the Chinese place in the market, at least if I get bad customer service there I won't have paid as much!
