Visited Wednesday Jan 22nd. Noticed on of the hairdressers standing outside smoking a cigarette! Not too impressed!
The guy came in and I was asked to take a seat.... a mistake! He was useless, totally ignored my request and just scalped me !
I have been a loyal customer at Esquire for over 10 years, have always had a good experience but, never again!
The guy is middle-ages, quite tubby and comes from Coventry. Avoid him unless you are about to join the Army!
