my experience in this salon today fell way short of acceptable. my son purchased a hair voucher for a cut and blow dry as part of my Christmas. when purchasing the voucher the salon got my details up on their computer and was noted that my hair was short and after consulting with my son he paid and left. on going to the salon for a cut and blow dry I was informed by the hairdresser that my hair couldn't be classed as a cut and blow dry as it would need restyled. the reason for this being that the stylist classed my hair as long so she could only cut less than 2 inches from my hair to be classed as a cut and blow dry on short hair..the stylist evidently couldn't see very well as my hair was no where near long and was above my shoulders and clearly short. she knew I was angry and the ploy to get more money off me didn't work either as she took her less than 2 inches off, blow dried it and then had the cheek to ask if it was ok..i told her I was unhappy and at no time did she offer me any customer service or even asked for a manager over to see why I was unhappy. im well known in the local area and have a large extended family and I don't know anyone that would say I had long hair..it was a joke. my hair is short and always has been so where she could see my long hair I don't know..im disgusted with her attitude and lack of common sense and knowledge. I wont ever go back there or recommend anyone else to use there either..its all about the money and lining their pockets. customer service nil..

This hairdressers is not a very good hairdressets the young ladies who work there are full of themselves any time i have been in these young ladies stand around like manachin dolls staring in the mirror at themselves i have heard from a lot of blantyre residents that they wouldnt go to this place if it was the last hairdressers on the planet i personally think there right would not recommend it to anybody and for the guy who ownes the company i heard he very unaproachible with complaints maybe he is full of himself just like his staff.
