I went to razz salon on the 24th august 2013. Had an appt with lynn. Wh
I asked for a trim with layers and what i got was my worse nightmare. Lynn chopped off a good 6-7 inchs of my hair. Than had the cheek to say it was what i asked for (choppie layers) didnt realise asking for layers would mean losing so much hair. I have spoken to two other customers that have had similar problems. If lynn cuts your hair the way she wants......no point telling her what u want, because she'll do the opposite. My hair isnt even. One side is shorter than the other. Wish i knew who to put an official complaint. From what i hear, shes been getting away with destrying peoples hair for a while now. Stay away from this salon. Pay that little bit extra for someone who will cut and style your hair the u want and not the way they want.........the salon is a joke
