I was looking for a salon in Morningside for convenience.I have visited Moi twice during the month of June. I found the staff pleasant but lacking in professionalism. On my first visit for a facial I was not asked for any details or to fill in a client sheet. The room looked tired, and very beige and not in a good way!. The facial was fine. I asked about the offer I wished to purchase, pay for two facials and receive the third one free. The member of staff was not aware of this offer, and was too busy trying to put a paper roll in the credit card machine. At no point did she offer to find out. I felt she should have known what the offers where. She would find out for my next visit . Returned for a second facial, on leaving Moi, she still had no idea about the offer. Emailed Moi regarding this a couple of times, and was told that a member of staff would speak to the owner, Clare. That was over two weeks ago. Still awaiting an answer. I won't return. I am going to another salon for the same facial, £ 8 cheaper, in fabulous surroundings. Where they do look after their clients.
