Awful time management! I had to wait 30 minutes for my waxing because someone was late before me. And they acted as if it is normal. I'll hardly go there later

Was very dissapointed with my full head of highlights. Stylist advised my hair was uneven and she would have to put some tint to even it out. I expressly asked not to put a darker dye on and she assured me it wouldn't look darker. After plastering dye over what hair which was already highlight I came out with hair 3-3 shades darker than I went in with and my colour was still uneven. On top if this, I was then charged extra while paying without being advised if the extra charge.I complained to the owner who rrfused to accept any responsibility, eventually offering me a conditioning treatment after much debate. Beware of extra charges and a less than polite service if you dare to disagree with them.
