I had a perm at your taunton shop on august bank holiday from one of your girls but now it is dead straight with no perm in it I would like my £29.99 back so I can have another perm somewhere else as I don't want another at the shop the reason is she did not leave it on long enough she only left it on for ten minutes isnstead of 20 mins yours truly mrs d thresher
