i visited this salon to die my hair closer to its natural colour to let it grow out. i originally had mousy hair which was clearly visible in my roots. wanting to die my blonde highlights back my original colour i trusted a colourist that was completing a masters in colouring. i left the salon with practically jet black hair she insisted this would fade when i washed it, after washing it multiple times it did not lighten the only change in it was a slight red tinge on the top. it was uneven with red tones on the top and jet black underneath. she took her time however did not try to make conversation throughout the treatment, did not offer a drink And did not complete a patch test 24 hours before colouring the hair. I visited the salon the day after treatment and voiced my dissatisfaction i was told she could fit me in latter the next weekend would call however i am still waiting for this call. so today i have had the colour corrected at my own cost i would not recommend anyone to visit this salon.
