They are rude and unprofessional! The place is dirty and they rush to do your hair. They spend half of their time on their phones and if a customer comes in who they know they do there hair regardless of the fact you have been waiting over an hour for a hair cut! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Uninviting and unpleasant atmosphere.

Unproffesional. I have just arrived in Southampton and the time came were I needed a hair cut. There is a lot of choice, but Urban Trent was only a short walk away and I had a coupon for 20% off. First of all the shop is univiting; its dirty inside and the chairs are ripped and tattered. The equipment is obviously old and rarely cleaned (if ever!). The man cutting my hair decided to take a phone call half way through. The experience wasn't overly plesent either. The cut was average, but not worth what they wanted for it. They also decided not to honour my coupon, and I don't feel this place deserves a higher rating than 1 star. I would not recommend this babers to anyone.

The best barbers ever, just move to southampton looking for a barber that can cut good hair . Someone reconmend urban trend to me awesome, they are the best, friendly, good music, am at home when ever go for hair cut. Am reconmend it to you, it's the best barber shop.

Rude. Not professional. Decided to try a new cut (skin fade on sides and back and long on top). Told the barber that I might not want to keep the top long and might want it shaved short before he started. Didnt like the top long. This barber who is the owner as well was rude, cut the top of my hair so fast and hard, my guy took tufts out my hair and left it uneven. The whole time kissing his teeth and cussing about giving him more work. Do not go there.
