Don't visit this salon unless you want to follow your hair appointment with a) a trip to see your doctor and b) a few visits to see a solicitor to obtain legal advice.
Please do your research if you're considering this salon- there are many bad reviews which I wish I had read before booking to have my colour done there.
It may be an impressive looking salon but don't be fooled by this- the staff are incompetent and many have clearly not been trained properly. Many of the staff have been hired just to add to the image of the place. Style- but no substance.
They blistered my scalp and as a result I've been told there's a chance my hair will all break off or worse- fall out. After writing a letter of complaint the owner, (Graham Cass) refused to refund me for the damage his staff member caused.
In my opinion you'd be better off booking at Toni and Guy/House of Hair and Beauty, which are just a few minutes away from Jo and Cass and the staff there are highly qualified. And they have manners too. You'll leave their salons looking great- unlike Jo and Cass where they tell you that you look great as you're stood there paying over the odds whilst your bright red scalp is burning and your over-treated hair is breaking off in your hands.
