I love visiting Pkai salon in Westgate , ! It is such a relaxing atmosphere and everyone is friendly and welcoming. As for the amazing Helena Dean , she is a star and absolutely "gets me " !!! As a person of advanced years it's lovely to have such an interest taken in what you want , as so much of society today is not interested or geared to older people! For that alone I love you Helena !!! X

I would not give this any stars at all.. I visited the Hampton salon.
I had a dreadful experience, my sister also had a terrible experience in this salon. There just seems to be a complete lack of training resulting in an awful experience for the customer.

shocking. awful. terrible. A lot of people I know also have had similar abd experiences with this salon.
I know you may see this review and think 'oh theres always going to be one that complains and the majority will be fine'. But please reconsider.
This hairdressing chain is awful. I have given them chance and chance again, apology after apology however the end result is always the same. awful.
there was a 3 inch difference in my friends hair on each side of her head when she went.
My other friend had a semi perm colour placed on dry hair resulting in a darker colour that did not fade and looked terrible.
Another friend of mine who also used to use the salon was told her hair could not be blowdryed because the lady had no time, even though it was scheduled.
Another friend had to wait 45mins before she could be seen, even though she had an appointment.
Another friend had the hair dye stain her clothes!
Terrible terrible terrible service. -100000000/10
