Used groupon offer a while back. The worst cut ever. When I went to a proper hairdressers to get my cut sorted, they asked if I had an inexperienced person cut my hair as it was that bad. Do not know how this place survives.

Colour was so bad I had to get it fixed elsewhere as hair at the royal refused to fix it for free, would strongly recommend avoiding this salon for colouring (asked for ash blonde balayage and ended up with yellow blonde patchy highlights with two large sections of white over processed hair)
