Have had my hair highlighted twice in this place and on both occasions my clothes have been ruined with dye stains due to careless hairdressers! Received no apology and hair colour was awful! The owner actually laughed at me when I voiced my complaint and started talking to her colleague in Turkish which I did not understand. These people are rude and extremely unintelligent and should not be touching anyone's hair. HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN SOON!!

Very poor service. Was asked to wait 20 minutes even though I had made an appointment. At the end of the 20 minutes, was told I would have to wait a further 30 minutes as the client ahead of me had changed her mind and wanted extra treatments done. Not even an apology was offered.
