I had an appointment with a senior stylist for a colour. Bleach was left on my hair for 4 hours and as a result my hair was severely damaged. The colour was yellow and brassy. My hair had been a nice ash blonde but left looking cheap and damaged. I came to the salon looking for someone to give me a great colour but wish I could turn back time and never had made the appointment. After going back in to show the state of my hair I was offered intensive reconstructing treatments one a week for a month. It is a shame that these only last a few weeks as I will have to live with my ruined damaged hair for the next few years until it grows fully out. I had to have inches cut off. Very upsetting as I had been growing it out for 3 years for my wedding. A colour correction treatment was done but this washed out after two weeks. The stylist responsible did not even apologise to me at any point.
