Unbelievably rude barber. He was distributing leaflet outside my offices for 17.50 haircut. I went in the evening and the first thing I asked was is 17.50 for a scissor cut - he said yes. Mid way through the haircut started telling me that the offer is only for clipper cut and I need to pay him 22.50. Also was reeking of alcohol. Ignored him at first but when I went to the toll to pay, he started being extremely rude. I was going to pay him 22.50 ( £5 for the tip) in any case. But after his attitude, I said I will pay 17.50. He snatched the £20 out of my hand and asked me to leave. Unbelievable!
