I never bother writing reviews but I feel I really have to warm people about how terrible this 'Salon' is. It is entirely possible you will have the worst highlights, style, cut, etc performed on your hair, whilst you are conned into unnecessary add-ons (usually £25.00 for something, that appears to be their game). Complaining is met with a haughty, rude, arrogant, total denial attitude. I thought it was perhaps just me but I have read so many similar reviews. I was basically just blamed by a hungover hairdresser for taking 4 hours to sort out half a head of highlights because he botched it up badly (even his colleague agreed how bad it was). He also insisted I needed toner and then charged me £25.00 for it. I ended up having two lots of toner because my highlights were done twice. I just wanted to die when I saw the lank, mousey brown hair (green under certain lights) result and wanted to get out of there asap. I asked if there would be a discount. He said no as he had done nothing wrong, it was all my fault. They were blameless. This seems to be what they do. They do not apologise, give discounts - they attach their customers for complaining. Totally unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

friendly place but never get seen on time, always kept waiting for a long time, never see the same cutter and never feel they listen to you, what you would actually want. Has protential but needs to get the customer service right.

Dreadful service dirty place no ambiance. My hair is over bleached despite me showing them the photos of what i am trying to achieve. I am a highlights veteran and have been doing it for many years but never in my entire life I had it ruined like this. I literally have dreadlocks my hair is so damaged!
