I went here and had a really good service from Linda, however, last time I went, because Linda had left, I was given Lisa, who is also the salon director. I waited 35 minutes for her to appear. She then spent the whole time she was supposed to doing my hair chatting about her weekend plans with another stylist. I'd previously had highlights and I just needed my roots touching up. However, when she finished she'd left a full inch of dark roots uncoloured! I was really shocked and a bit intimidated by her poor attitude and paid and left. I then rang up and expressed that I was unhappy. I was given another appointment with her, despite not wanting it to be her again I apparently had to have it with her. This time she made me wait 55 minutes before she came to do my hair. Neither time did I get an apology or even acknowledgement that she was so late. She asked what was wrong with my hair and I showed her the inch of really dark roots she'd left. She also left about an inch around my parting where she'd coloured some of it but not all of it, so I have an inch all the way around my parting that was kinda bit blonde but mainly looked grey. She blamed it on Linda, the previous stylist, saying she'd done it wrong before and that was the reason. I asked her to just fix the roots so they were the same as the rest of the colour. So she put the colour and foils in. When she rinsed them out, she blew dry it and decided it was too orange. So she put something else on my hair and then washed it out again. She started to blow dry it again, but now it was too pale, my roots were a weird yellowish colour, totally different to the rest of my hair. So again, she put something else on it, then washed it out and blow dried it til it was just a bit damp. She decided the colour was close enough and sent me on my way, didn't even style my hair, so I went out into the evening with a frizzy, slightly wavy mane of hair that was almost the same colour. I will never go here again. If you do, I would not recommend allowing Lisa onto your hair, her attitude and performance were shockingly bad. My hair is like straw now from all the stuff she put on it. When a hairdresser can't even do a simple root touch up its just appalling.
