Went to city gent Leeds yesterday. What a horrible experience I had. After being told to sit and wait for 15 minutes I finally got on the chair and had the opportunity to have my hair cut by this lanky mole faced lass. I informed her of what cut I am wanting and she begun. She abnormally began by grabbing the big hair clippers (not the small trimmer) and started to clip the hair on the back of my head near my neck. All of a sudden I felt a sudden sharp agonising pain. The uneducated lass cutting my hair had stupidly positioned the clippers wrongly and had ending up cutting into my neck. When I felt the sudden pain I exclaimed 'ouch' and jumped in my seat. She simply replied with her long rat face 'oh did that nip' to which I replied 'a tad more than nipped'. As this was at the back and slightly the side of my neck I was not able to observe the full extent if the cut. After this, she continued to cut my hair even though I could feel blood oozing out slowly. Then she had the nerve to pull out the hair dryer and direct most of the powered air onto my neck (this was her cunning strategy for later to make some of the blood dry up). So as the hair cut had come to a finish she asked me 'is your haircut ok?' to which I replied 'yeah it's fine thanks, oh apart from the cut on my neck' (I said this in a banter-ish way as I thought what's done is done) but this is when the smelly-breathed rat resembling individual tried to make me look stupid and belittle her customer by replying 'oh you had that cut when you walked in it's a few days old' to which I replied 'oh really? you're really going to lie about it, this cut was done by you and your clippers'. She again said no look the cut's kind of dry, and I said ''no it's not it's pink and SORE with blood coming out of it!'' At this point the manager walked across, seen the freshly made cut on my neck and widened his eyes with shock. He asked what the issue is so I said to him, ''your worker cut my neck near the beginning of my haircut and is now lieing.'' Then the ugly lass who cut my hair said no I wouldn't do that he already had a cut and then I replied saying ''if I already had it why is it pink and sore with fresh blood coming out?'' Also, why did you ask me when you actually did the cut ''did it nip?''Then she strutted her stuff and walked away in shame. I would have too if I had the amount of nasty moles on my face. Ha. She made a cut on me and tried to lie and get away with it. She got the wrong guy to try and make a fool out of. Sorry are lass, and then cheap primark nails need to come off. I also told the manager, after I had looked at the cut on my neck that his worker had done, that the cut is the EXACT shape of the clippers with holes/indents of where the clipper got into me deep. The manager asked which clippers to which I pointed and he realized yes, the clippers and the cut are the exact same size with marks my cut deeper, on where the clippers are sharp. The manager knew of course that his worker is blatantly trying to avoid getting into trouble. So, eventually the matter was resolved but still never got a apology from either staff members. I had really hoped that the business has camera put up so we could view back to when she positioned the clippers on my neck hairline. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy and the worker with poor personal hygiene who cut my hair and lacks in the skills required to cut hair needs to be sacked asap.
