This was my first visit. First impressions = busy, chaotic, untidy.
The stylist was nice, friendly, did a nice wash and really good head massage.
I was offered tea or coffee - it didn't arrive. After about half an hour the stylist noticed and asked for it again. By the time it arrived she was blow-drying my hair and bits went into the tea.
The cut was exactly what I DID NOT want. I have fine short hair and wanted a loose, messy style that I can scrunch and finger into place with products as I always do - I drive a convertible and the wind messes up any neat and tidy style. I said I did not want lots of little layers or a neat and tidy style...What I got was a razor cut giving me lots of fine layers all over and a very short cut around the back of my neck and over my ears. The result is a neat and tidy side swept cut making my hair look even thinner and finer and flatter.
