I went in for my usual set of acrylics which costs £25. Horrible experience today after going here for a year. A new member of staff began my nails and made serious flaws: nail polish all around my fingers and had to ask to remove it.. the shape of the nails are not consistent at all. It's been left in a condition where it is not presentable.. wanted extra money to sort out any errors they had made. The staff then asked for £30 instead of the usual £25 as stated on the price list. Staff became extremely rude and aggressive! AVOID !
