My daughter and her friend both went to tantrum a price was agreed before appointment but when they got there and had the extensions they were charged more. When they questioned the price they were told they had had more bundles and this was the price! They could have money off the maintainance. They didn't want this, just wanted to be refunded the money they were overcharged. The girls said they could not authorise this it had to be the owner Donna.
My daughter tried multiple times to get in touch with Donna who was most unhelpful and very unpleasant to deal with, she blocked every phone number my daughter called from.
Eventually my husband and I took matters into our hands as a matter of principle. Donna and Steven the owners kept using personal reasons for being unavailable and much as I sympathise you can't mix business with private life! I have to say it was the worst experience I have ever had they were like a couple of pit bulls on acid. Vicious rude ignorant patronising unprofessional unhelpful totally arrogant and up themselves! Telling me how amazing their business was the best in the country and they were expanding into Europe. Steven said he would give us the money back if we were so desperate for it!!! How rude.
We went to collect the money and they refused.
The extensions lasted a week, they were awful really uncomfortable and looked so false, really poor quality hair, cheap and doll like. Very painful to live with.
Their customer service and interpersonal skills are zero. They make their money by fooling people. Good luck in Europe but I will endeavour to tell people to avoid you like the plague.

Absolutely appauling service from this terrible place be warned never ever step foot in this place they are liers. Easilocks- joke they charge all of about 150 less than easilocks and I wouldn't even bother parting with a pound. Trust me me and my friends have been paying for easilocks for a while but thought as these were supposed to be the same we gave them a go. Not only are they rude they have no clue what they are talking about and the hair and amount you get is terrible I got told by many people my hair was not looking good and in the marketing business myself I will be sure to make sure no one will go back into this place as they will be gettin Completly mugged of their money. Be warned people .
