Usually a good hair dresser for just cuts and blow drys but awful for colour! Asked for balayage a few shades lighter than my naturally brown virgin hair and ended up with some weird stripey thing on the ends, the colour is a gross brassy blonde ! Went back for another toner and it still looks awful, the hairdresser then tried to charge me £15 for a blow dry!!! Paid £65 for my lovely hair to be ruined when I could have gone to headmasters in Brighton and had it done for £55, absolutely disgusted.
