Absolutely awful. Being new to the area I thought I'd try this hairdressers out. Big mistake. I took along a picture to help explain how I wanted my hair because I hadn't had it cut in while and it was quite grown out. But even that wasn't enough for her to be able to give me a decent haircut. My hair is short, I have it clipped at the back and sides (undercut) but she clearly had no confidence in using the clippers. My hair wasn't sectioned or anything. And this girl was supposed to be a senior stylist. To hell she was - no confidence whatsoever, not even during the consultation. This salon really needs to reconsider their grading of staff. I certainly will not be going back there again.
In addition the salon had a weird vibe about it. Can't quite put my finger on it but it just felt depressing in there for some reason. Just did not have a positive vibe about it.
