Had the ''senior stylist'' cut my hair which is short and layered.
It took over 1.5hrs and they were pushing for a sale on the products they used on my hair.
When I returned home I found a large chunk out of the back of my hair which I am still trying to grow back in.
Will never go back there!

Messed up the booking. Asked for blonde, i got light brown/orange/ginger (after a bleech bath & further dying). It was so bad, i had to buy a bottle of brown dye to cover up the mess the following day. Left for prolonged periods of time. Was there for 5 hours 15 minutes. Have emailed them to say i'm not happy with the service recieved and haven't had so much as as apology, which is why i'm writing thie review.
Now i'm left with the condition of my hair ruined!
I will never go back again!!
